Although various conventional treatments, including medication, surgical interventions, and physical therapy, are offered, the desired results are often absent. Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and bone marrow concentrate (BMC) constitute two supplementary cellular treatment avenues. Five male New Zealand rabbits per group were used throughout the six study groups. At specific proportions, 3 mm of SVF and BMC were injected into the Achilles tendons. The compulsive nature of smartphone addiction, often fueled by excessive use, can negatively impact the musculoskeletal system, leading to painful symptoms such as neck and upper limb pain. Immunohistochemistry To ascertain the association between smartphone usage and musculoskeletal pain in the upper extremities and neck, and to analyze the relationship between smartphone addiction and pain, along with upper limb function in university students, was the primary goal of this research. A cross-sectional, analytical research design was employed for this study. A complete count of 165 university students participated in the investigation. Their own smartphones were each student's possession. The students' upper limb and neck pain was documented through a structured questionnaire, which included assessments from the Smartphone Addiction Inventory (SPAI) and the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand questionnaire (DASH). In the three cities of Khuzestan province, Iran, a qualitative study using qualitative conventional content analysis was performed, involving 6 experts and 24 users of the SIB system, across six health centers. Participants were picked based on a pre-determined purposeful sampling method. To ensure maximum variation, the user group was selected, and the expert group was recruited using snowball sampling. The semi-structured interview was the chosen tool for data collection. Data underwent thematic analysis for the purpose of analysis.
In total, the interviews produced 42 identified components, separated into 24 associated with advantages and 18 associated with difficulties. Identifying common sub-themes and themes related to both the challenges and advantages was undertaken. The components generated 12 sub-themes, which were grouped into three major themes: structure, process, and outcome.
Through the lens of three themes—structure, process, and outcome—the present study analyzed the benefits and challenges of SIB adoption. The identified advantages were largely concentrated within the realm of outcomes, while the challenges largely revolved around structural concerns. Strengthening the positive aspects of SIB, while concurrently reducing its difficulties, allows for its more effective institutionalization and utilization in addressing healthcare concerns, based on the ascertained factors.
This research delves into the rewards and obstacles of integrating SIB, dividing the analysis into the domains of structure, process, and outcome. The bulk of the identified benefits were related to the outcome theme, and the bulk of the identified challenges were associated with the structure theme. Given the identified factors, the ability to institutionalize and more successfully implement SIB to tackle health issues hinges on reinforcing its advantages and mitigating its associated obstacles.
