Seven Italian institutions retrospectively reviewed all elective FEVAR patients consecutively from 2015 to 2021. The majority of endografts displayed three-vessel or four-vessel configurations, accounting for 27% and 55% of cases, respectively, with the Cook endograft being the choice in 73% of the procedures.
